The Analysis . . . . . www.realitysearch.com.au and its subsidiaries |
|
Web Sites showing the Realitysearch Analysis |
|
www.realtiysearch.com.au
|
This is the main web address for RealitySearch. The other sites are actually subsidiaries of this one even
though their
domain names appear to be independent of it. This site contains most of the
|
references to complete books that show the analysis, as also the web sites that contain it.
It also contains some shortened powerpoints
of the analysis.
|
|
www. realityworkshops.org |
www.realityworkshops.org contains all the pages of the analysis as set out in Version Four: Five Pivotal Texts It
also contains Version Five: Translation Analysed. Firstly the site sets out the books and their names according to
the analysis. Then it links to the major subdivisions of each book. Then it provides a link to the exact
|
page(s) of each step in each sub-divisionl. Reference page links are to both to the paraphrased translation and the direct translation. The pages and their formats are in colour - beige for Mark, Green for Matthew, Pink for Luke and Light blue for John. |

A closer look at the paired paragraphs according to the realitysearch analysis, shows that there are further parallels
between each paragraph pair. www.realityworkshops.com explores some of these parallels by highlighting them with gif words that show these up one by one. The word "some" is operative here because there is no claim being made, that the "pairs" appearing are the only ones to be found. |
A challenge to someone using this site would be to look for further parallels. Arguably, the original writer put them there and a "dicovery" would date back to the time of the writer themselves. This site also contains zoom sessions made into videos which work through the analysis section by section. The timing for each of these videos is also shown. |
|
www.realitygroups.org
|
https://www.realitygroups.org provides the gospel references for the liturgy of the mass for about twelve weeks at
a time. Pages go to both the paraphrased text and the direct translation. As with other sites, the pages are
coloured and are based on Version Four: Five Pivotal Texts" and Version Five: Translation Analysed
For those who may not know, there are Years A, B and C for the Sunday readings. The church year begins with Advent. After the feast of the Baptism it starts the year with "ordinary time" Sundays. Then, according to |
the lunar calendar, there is a period of about six weeks for Lent which leads up to Easter. Then there are about
six weeks celebrating Easter. Then after Pentecost
the calendar reverts back to ordinary time Sundays and these follow through with about thirty-four weeks. During the weekdays, the gospel readings stay the same but the introductory readings oscillate between even and odd years. In order to accommodate the changing and variable seasons, this site is updated at present about every 12 weeks. |

www.gospelofmark.org
www.gospelofmatthew.org
www.gospelofluke.org www.book-acts.org www.gospel-john |
The web sites for the gospels and the Acts of the Apostles follow much the same format. The relevant sections are
provided for Version One: A Line of Logic, Version Two: Value Frameworks, Version Three: Two World Views, Version Four: Five Pivotal Texts, |
and
Version Five:Translation Analysed.
PowerPoint sections are included. At the same time more detailed Videos and booklets of PowerPoints are also being added. Links are provided to other realitysearch web sites. |
|
www.gospelworkshops.org
|
www.gospelworkshops.org deals (at present) with the gospels of Mark and Matthew. In the case of Mark it suggests steps that
could be taken to enable a class to find and consider the parallels which (according to the analysis) Mark has used in the
structure of his text. Students are then asked to pick out a key theme between paragraph pairs and thereby build up a list of these for each section. |
In the case of Matthew it guides a class in a step by step process to uncover the way in which Matthew has divided up his
gospel. It then sub-divides the sections according to sentences beginning with a time statement made or implied.
The apparent theme of each paragraph (cf. the analysis) is listed at the end. The class can consider to what extent it
agrees this is the theme.

|
www.onbuildingasociety.org
|
www.onbuildingasociety.org sets out the realitysearch analysis in graphic form. which
follows a dialogue/teaching format. Each "page" is based on book sections analysed. |
The site also contains
details about a UNIAPAC-based conference in Melbourne A description of UNIAPAC, a Catholic-based, business executives network, is also provided
|
|
www.valuesclarification.org
|
www.valuesclarification builds on the graphics of www.onbuildingasociety.org. At the end of each section of graphics
a link is provided to the analysed text. The introductory section provides an overview of the realitysearch analysis of Mark,
|
Matthew, Luke, the Acts and John.
A more recent addition to this site are the videos and booklets of "Is Christian morality unique? Part 1". These have been based on the book of the same title. |
|
www.gospelsociology.org
|
This site does not contain the realitysearchanalysis per se. However it points out the
|
relevance of sociology to the analysis and it provides links to books about it.
|
|
Powerpoint Workshops
|
Powerpoints with audio do not have their own web sites. However they should be mentioned as they can be found
in www.realitysearch.com.au. Also, relevant sections of the powerpoints can be found in the gospel web sites.
|
More detailed PowerPoints (in video form) can be found in www.realityworkshops.com and www.valuesclarification.org. Relevant PowerPoint/videos and their booklets are also being put up on the gospel sites. |
|
Gospel Pictures, Mark Section A Gospel Pictures, Mark Section B Gospel Pictures, Luke Section B |
According to the RealitySearch analysis, the writers took special note of time and place in the construction of their
gospel stories. Mark, the first writer set out his Sections A and B in concentric circles according to the locations of Jesus.
Luke set out his long Section B in parallel places. John set out his Sections B and C according to parallel places.
Matthew's focus was on starting his paragraphs with a statement of time made or implied. Given the importance of place | for Mark, Luke and John, pictures from Israel/the Holy Land, have been linked to the places as set out in the sections based on place. The significance of time and place is related to the combination of the Jewish and Hellenistic social structures. Judaism has a heavy emphasis on its history and time. Hellenism with its emphasis on rationalism and its multi-cultural milieus has an emphasis on place. Unless otherwise named, other pictures throughout the web sites and books come from country Victoria. |
